●  High potency lab & plant, flow chemistry plant , kilo lab, FTE lab, new cGMP plant and solvent recovery plant commenced operation.
2011
●  Biotechnology lab, analytical lab and API lab commenced operation. kilo lab, FTE lab and new cGMP plant were under construction. Asymchem filed 15 patents.
2010
●  Asymchem invested $40 million to establish Tianjin Asymchem Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Dedicated to API and drug product manufacturing. It is spread over an area of ~50,000sq. metres.
●  Asymchem Inc. established. It is dedicated to business development and technology support.
●  Jilin Asymchem Laboratories Co., Ltd. commenced operation.
●  cGMP plant, power center, warehouse and EHS control center commenced operation.
2009
●  Asymchem Laboratories (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. high potency plant was under construction.
2008
●  Asymchem invested $40 million to establish Jilin Asymchem Laboratories Co., Ltd. It is spread over an area of 68,000 sq. metres.
●  Asymchem Beijing office commenced operations.
2007
●  New R&D center, formulation R&D center, and pilot/bulk plant commenced operation. Staff expands to 1,300 worldwide. Sales reached $54 million and Asymchem filed 8 patents.
●  Asymchem Life Science (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. commenced operations. Asymchem staff exceeded 1,000 worldwide. Sales reached $36 million and Asymchem filed 3 patents.
2006
●  Multi functional cGMP plant commenced operations while total staff exceeded 800.
2005
●  Asymchem invested $18 million to establish Asymchem Life Science (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. Staff expanded to 350. Sales exceeded $15 million.
1999
●  Asymchem invested $25million to register Asymchem Laboratories, (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. at Economic Development Area Incubator Center. Within a year, the R&D center and pilot plant commenced operations; R&D staff expanded from about a dozen to more than 100.
1995
● Chairman & CEO Dr. Hao Hong established Asymchem Laboratories Inc. in RTP, North Carolina in 1995.
